1. Scope of Services

Advanced VIP Services provides VIP security, bodyguards, concierge, transport, yacht charter, real estate assistance, and related luxury services worldwide.

All services are subject to availability, local regulations, and security assessment.

2. Bookings & Confirmations

  • Services are confirmed only after written confirmation and agreed payment terms.

  • Last-minute or urgent requests are handled on a best-effort basis.

3. Payments & Cancellations

  • Deposits may be required to secure services.

  • Cancellation policies vary by service (security teams, yachts, villas, aviation).

  • Non-refundable costs from third-party providers may apply.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Respect local laws and regulations

  • Follow safety instructions from security personnel

Failure to comply may result in service termination without refund for safety reasons.

5. Limitation of Liability

Advanced VIP Services acts as:

  • Direct provider for certain services

  • Coordinator/agent for third-party services (yachts, villas, aviation, etc.)

We are not liable for:

  • Actions of third-party providers

  • Delays due to weather, government rules, or force majeure

  • Indirect or consequential damages

6. Confidentiality

All client information and movements are treated as strictly confidential.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or emergencies

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Greek courts, unless otherwise agreed.
