Our services
Safe. Visible. Trusted.
A visible yet discreet presence
In the common areas and inside individual stores, our trained personnel keep a presence that is visible yet discreet. It supports both safety and the customer experience, so visitors feel secure while the premium retail atmosphere is left undisturbed.
On-site patrols
Our personnel carry out on-site patrols across the retail complex, from the common areas to individual stores. The patrols keep operations structured throughout the shopping centre and help protect visitors, staff and assets.
CCTV monitoring
CCTV monitoring is part of the service and complements the on-site patrols. Together, cameras and personnel help maintain a secure environment for visitors, staff and assets across the shopping centre.
Coordination with store management
We work in coordination with store management, so that security supports the operation of each store as well as the centre as a whole. This keeps operations structured and consistent across the entire complex.
Immediate incident response
Immediate incident response is part of the service, alongside on-site patrols, CCTV monitoring and coordination with store management. Our trained personnel are present on site, in the common areas and in individual stores, to help keep visitors, staff and assets protected and operations running safely.
Protection of visitors, staff and assets
Every service is designed to protect visitors, staff and assets alike. The result is safe operations, asset protection and customer safety at all times, for everyone who visits or works in the shopping centre.
